By accessing and using ShutterChallenge (shutterchallenge.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be banned.

4. Photo Submissions

• You must own the copyright to all photos you upload.
• Photos must be original work captured by you.
• AI-generated images are strictly prohibited and will be removed.
• Nudity, violence, hate speech, or illegal content is not allowed.
• Wildlife must not be harmed, baited, or disturbed for photography.
• Basic editing (brightness, contrast, cropping) is allowed. Heavy manipulation is not.
• Maximum 3 entries per competition.

5. Voting & Fair Play

• One vote per user per photo.
• Vote manipulation, bot voting, or coordinated voting is prohibited.
• Suspicious activity will result in disqualification.
• ShutterChallenge reserves the right to remove votes deemed fraudulent.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full copyright of your photos. By uploading, you grant ShutterChallenge a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your photos on the platform. This license ends when you delete your photos.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content without permission.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform.
• Impersonating other users or organizations.
• Uploading malware or malicious content.

8. Disclaimer

ShutterChallenge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data, photos, or damages arising from use of the platform. Competition results are final and determined by community votes and platform algorithms.

9. Limitation of Liability

ShutterChallenge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
